Pixar unveiled their upcoming movies at Cinema Con today. The three announced movies are Dia De Los Muertos, The Good Dinosaur, and The Untitled Pixar Movie That Takes You Inside the Mind.
The untitled film about Dia De Los Muertos (the Mexican day of the dead celebration) is being created by Toy Story 3 vets Lee Unkrich and producer Darla Anderson. No other details have been announced, but one can hope that it will be somewhere as fantastic as the class LucasArts game, Grim Fandango.
The second untitled film announced is in the hands of Monsters, Inc. helmer Peter Docter and is slated for a June 15, 2015 release. While there are very few details, it will “take you to a place that everyone knows, but no one has ever seen: the world inside the human mind.”
The third film announced is called The Good Dinosaur, and is set for a May 30, 2014 release. The premise of the film will be about a world where dinosaurs were not destroyed, and now exist in a more modern world.
Also, Brave opens this summer. We’ve included a trailer for it, just for the heck of it. Really, who couldn’t use a bit more Brave coverage?
